Watch: Life halted as heavy rains flood Chennai again; 3 electrocuted to death

Several parts of Chennai were crippled by heavy, unexpected showers on Thursday evening. At least three deaths due to rain-related incidents have been reported so far. The MeT Department has issued a red alert for Nagapattinam. An orange alert was issued for rest of the coastal districts including Chennai for the next two days. Annoyed residents complained of waterlogging and traffic disruptions across the city. Watch full video.
